My name is Celeste, and together with my daughter Vanessa, I founded Celestials. For me, fashion has always been more than just clothing; it’s a way to shine, to express yourself, and to start conversations without saying a word. As a mother and proud grandmother to my beloved little grandson, I know how important it is to cherish moments of beauty and pride.

I originally come from Luanda, Angola. The first years of my life were not easy. Angola was long plagued by civil wars and instability, and it often felt like there was no future for me. At sixteen, I moved to the Netherlands. I quickly learned the language and started working. From running my own beauty salons to working for major fashion brands – fashion and beauty have always been in my heart. It is truly my passion.

Yet, I wanted more. I love bold, standout pieces – the kind of elegance that makes you feel like you’re walking the red carpet. Unfortunately, these items often come with a hefty price tag. That frustrated me. I wanted everyone to have the chance to shine at events, regardless of their budget. And that’s how Celestials was born. Our mission is simple: to make elegant, standout fashion accessible to anyone who wants it.

When selecting our pieces, we always keep one thought in mind: which item has the power to start a conversation? Something you wear that makes people stop, look, and compliment you. Of course, this isn’t for everyone, but for those who want it, it should be available.

Our inspiration comes from the mainland of Spain – a side of fashion that might not be well known. Full of color, culture, and passion. We wander the streets with heart and soul, searching for those true eye-catchers. Every piece is high-quality and meticulously crafted, so you can feel confident and make a statement.

Even though we are still in the early stages, the positive feedback has been overwhelming. Our customers tell us they receive compliments constantly. That brings us immense joy. Because, in the end, it’s all about secretly stealing the show – effortlessly.
