Article 1 - Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and orders made via the Celestials website.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Celestials reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms apply to orders placed after the publication of the changes.
Article 2 - Products and Orders
- The product descriptions and images on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight deviations may occur.
- An agreement is established when the customer places an order and receives an email confirmation.
- Celestials reserves the right to refuse orders if abuse or fraud is suspected.
Article 3 - Prices and Payment
- All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Celestials reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
- Payments must be made in advance using the payment methods offered on the website.
Article 4 - Delivery and Shipping
- Orders are shipped within the indicated delivery time. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation.
- Celestials is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
- The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Article 5 – Shipping Location and Delivery Time
1. Orders are normally shipped from the Netherlands. In some cases, shipping may take place from our studio in Spain. This will only occur when necessary due to stock availability or operational reasons. In such cases, the delivery time may differ from the standard timeframe, with a possible extension of 7 business days.
Article 6 - Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.
- The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Worn jewelry cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Upon receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Important:
When returning earrings, it is mandatory that one of the two earrings remains in the unopened sealed bag. If this is not the case, the return will not be processed.
Article 7 - Warranty and Liability
- Celestials guarantees that the products meet reasonable expectations based on the product information.
- Wear and tear from normal use and damage from improper use are not covered by the warranty.
- Celestials is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost income resulting from the use of the products.
Article 8 - Privacy and Data Protection
- Celestials processes personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation and uses this data only for order processing and customer service.
- Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without customer consent.

Article 9 - Complaints and Disputes
- Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable period via info@wearcelestials.com.
- Celestials aims to resolve complaints within 14 days.
- Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 10 - Force Majeure
- Celestials is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, government measures, or technical failures.
Article 11 - Warranty
- Celestials guarantees that the products meet the usual requirements and standards applicable at the time of delivery. The warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions.
- Customers are legally required to report any defects to Celestials within two months of discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, Celestials will provide free repair or replacement.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear resulting from normal use;
- Defects resulting from improper use or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose;
- Products that have been modified or repaired without prior written permission from Celestials or the manufacturer;
- Discoloration of (parts of) the product;
- Damage caused by intent, gross negligence, or carelessness.
- Celestials’ warranty obligation is limited to repair within a reasonable time, replacement of the product, or a (partial) refund, at Celestials’ discretion.
- Repair or replacement of a product does not extend or restart the warranty period unless legally required.
Article 12 - Complaints
- Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Celestials in a well-founded manner by email. Celestials will strive to find a solution in mutual consultation.
- Complaints submitted to Celestials will be answered as soon as possible after receipt.
- You always have the right to file a complaint via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission.
Article 13 - International Orders
- For customers ordering from outside the Netherlands, Dutch law applies to all purchases and agreements with Celestials.
- Any disputes arising from international orders will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 14 - Bear Domain Digital Holding
- Celestials operates under the holding company Bear Domain Digital. As a result, all payments for orders placed with Celestials will be processed through Bear Domain Digital. This means that bank statements may show transactions under the name “Bear Domain Digital” rather than Celestials.
