We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and that you do not wish to return your order. However, if you would like to return an item, this is possible. At Celestials, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the jewelry is unused. For hygienic reasons, used earrings, bracelets, and necklaces cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at wearcelestials@info.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Important Return Information
- Always include your order number with your return to ensure proper processing.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the bank account used for the original payment. The amount will be credited to your account within a few business days.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete, unused, and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.
- When returning earrings, one of the two earrings must still be sealed in the unopened seal bag. If this is not the case, the return will not be processed.
- We recommend packaging your return securely, such as using the original shipping box or a similar protective package. All items must be unworn and in their original condition. Returns of damaged or worn items will not be accepted.
Return Timeline
After registering your return, you have 14 days to send your purchase back. You are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it. We advise you to keep proof of shipment to avoid any issues.
Your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after we have received your return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Celestials is not liable for damage or loss during transport. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
