Free shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for orders over €80.
At Celestials, we ensure that your order is delivered quickly and carefully through PostNL within the Netherlands.
Delivery times
Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 1–5 business days.
Delivery to the rest of Europe: 2–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivering your parcel safely and on time.
Orders are normally shipped from the Netherlands. In some cases, shipping may take place from our studio in Spain. This will only occur when necessary due to stock availability or logistical reasons. In such cases, the delivery time may differ from the standard timeframe, with a possible delay of 7 additional business days.

Customs and import duties
If you order from outside the European Union, customs may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees when your parcel arrives. Celestials has no control over these charges: they are payable by the recipient and cannot be refunded by us. We recommend checking with customs in your own country beforehand so you know what to expect. Delays caused by customs clearance are likewise outside our control.
