Returns and refunds

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@wearcelestials.com and provide your order number and the reason for return. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused.

Please note: earrings can only be returned if the seal is still intact due to hygiene reasons.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • 📍 Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 1 to 5 business days.
  • 🌍 Rest of Europe: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Celestials, you can safely pay using the following payment methods:

Ordering

How does the ordering process work?

Placing an order at Celestials is simple:

  • Add one or more desired items to your shopping cart.
  • Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right. Here, you will see an overview of your selected items and the total amount. Orders over €80 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany!
  • Click on checkout, fill in your details, and select a payment method.
  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will start processing your order!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the destination. Orders above the amount shown are shipped free of charge.

  • Netherlands: €5.95 (free from €80.00)
  • Belgium: €5.95 (free from €80.00)
  • Germany: €6.95 (free from €80.00)
  • Austria: €7.95 (free from €100.00)
  • France: €7.95 (free from €100.00)
  • Switzerland: €7.95 (free from €100.00)
  • Spain: €8.95 (free from €120.00)
  • Italy: €8.95 (free from €120.00)
  • United Kingdom: €14.95 (free from €150.00)

We currently ship within Europe only. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties.

Jewelry care

How can I maintain the quality of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care tips:

  • 💧 Avoid exposure to water. Do not shower or swim while wearing your jewelry, as this may cause discoloration or damage.
  • 🧳 Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box.
  • 🛌 Remove your jewelry before sleeping or exercising.
  • ✨ Occasionally polish it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

What should I do if I lose my jewelry?

Unfortunately, Celestials’ warranty does not cover lost jewelry. However, here are some tips to help you find your lost piece:

  • 🔍 Check the places where you last wore it.
  • 👗 Look in your clothing, bags, and jewelry boxes.
  • 🛋️ Search under furniture or between cushions if lost indoors.
  • 📢 Ask around if you lost it in a public place.

To prevent losing your jewelry in the future, we recommend keeping it in a designated place whenever you’re not wearing it.
