How can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@wearcelestials.com and provide your order number and the reason for return. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the destination:
📍 Within the Netherlands: 3 to 5 business days.
🌍 Within Europe: 5 to 14 business days, depending on the country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Celestials, you can safely pay using the following payment methods:

- Klarna (pay later)

How does the ordering process work?
Placing an order at Celestials is simple:
- Add one or more desired items to your shopping cart.
- Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right. Here, you will see an overview of your selected items and the total amount.
- Orders under €75 will have shipping costs.
- Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands!
- Click on checkout, fill in your details, and select a payment method
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will start processing your order!
How can I maintain the quality of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care tips:
- 💧Avoid exposure to water. Do not shower or swim while wearing your jewelry, as this may cause discoloration or damage.
- 🧳Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box.
- 🛌Remove your jewelry before sleeping or exercising.
- ✨Occasionally polish it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Why do I see ‘Bear Domain Digital’ on my bank statement instead of Celestials?
Celestials is part of the Bear Domain Digital holding, which is why payments are processed under this name. No worries—your order was placed with Celestials and will be handled with the same love and care as always. ✨
What should I do if I lose my jewelry?
Unfortunately, Celestials’ warranty does not cover lost jewelry. However, here are some tips to help you find your lost piece:
🔍 Check the places where you last wore it.
👗 Look in your clothing, bags, and jewelry boxes.
🛋️ Search under furniture or between cushions if lost indoors.
📢 Ask around if you lost it in a public place.
To prevent losing your jewelry in the future, we recommend keeping it in a designated place whenever you’re not wearing it.
